Fields of Specialisation at the IMS
In cooperation with the ITIV, the LTI and the IWE at the IMS three fields of specialisation are offerd to the students:
Field 15: Micro and Nanoelectronics (IMS)
Field 21: System-on-Chip (IMS and ITIV)
Field 22: Micro-, Nano- and Optoelectronics (IMS, LTI, IWE)
An individual degree course scheme has to be selected by each student with permisson of the advisor of the appobiate field of specialisation.
