Theses

The IMS consistently offers theses in the field of development of quantum technological detector and sensor systems with highest time and energy resolution. Possible topics are detector and sensor design, fabrication with micro- and nanotechnological methods, system construction and integration as well as signal acquisition and analysis. The IMS always agrees on topics for theses individually and tries to consider personal interests of the students as far as possible. For this reason, there is no list of ready-made theses. If you are interested in a thesis in this exciting field, please contact Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kempf or Dr.-Ing.
